The gophers are  most likely to be headed to the Insight Bowl because more than likely Iowa will be a BCS at-large which would bump the gophers up to 6th in the standings and get the tie in with the insight bowl where they would probably play Missouri. If Iowa does not get the at-large bid the gophers would play Central Michigan which would be very dissapointing. Their is  one more possibility that is not mathematicly possible but logicly possible. the gophers have written to the alamo bowl stating reasons why they should go their over Michigan State and more reasons than their 41-34 win over MSU, MSU have now had 10 players either suspended or kicked off the team this week. So were going to find out tonight who the gophers will play for their bowl game.

The Gophers finished another season and looking back their record could be a lot better. The four non confrence games at the begining were really sloppy. An over time win over syracuse were really they got lucky Greg Paulus made a mistake throwing a interception in the endzone. Then the first game at TCF Bank Stadium against air force was terrible they wern't able to stop the run or score untill Triplett had a big fumble return for a TD without that they probably would lost. Then CAL was alright but the front 7 senoirs should have been better giving up 5 rushing TD's is embarissing heisman canidite or not. Then their first confrence game was a good win against what ended up being an 8 win northwestern. Then was the battle for the ax that was pretty much a close game the entire game and the gophers had a chance to win with 2 minutes left down by 3, but Weber fumbled the ball big suprise. Then was homecoming and the gophers relied on big defesive plauys to beat the boilermakers. Then the season went downhill with roadtrips to ohio state and penn state two games that they didnt even score a point. Then Weber decided he would play a game without turning the ball over almost every possesion, and with good cquarterback play the gophers beat michigan state. Then maybe the worst loss of the season to a terrible illinois team were they were outscored 28-7 in the first half and jedd fisch decided to actually call a play that wasnt a play action pass and the gophers came back but sill fell short 32-35. Then the game that should have been a lay-up turned into a 16-13 win against souh dakota state. The gophers wraped up their season with a 12-0 loss to iowa were the defence played outstnding and the gophers turned it over in the iowa end 4 or 5 times. Now the gophers are most likely headed to the little ceasers pizza bowl with a 6-6 record over all and (3-5) in the big ten.

Isn't it about time to start going with Marqueis Grey. He is showing some nice potential and Weber isn't doing much. I think Grey is the future and Weber the past. Thoughts?
